Throughout it is wished and is important that the losses be show in as detailed a manner as possible, for the German Board of Trade, under direction of the Foreign Office, is also at work drawing up rules for guidance in preparing claims for loss, and it

may happen therefore that the statement of losses will be revised here

which of course is only possible if it is draw up very carefully and

in detail.

As regards the scheme for the damages caused by the war, it will follow evnctly on the lines which the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce submitted to the German Board of Trade. Accordingly we get:-
